Revisions: We include a reasonable number of revisions as specified in each project agreement.
MyWebsite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Warranty: We provide a 30-day warranty on all development work, during which we will fix any bugs or issues at no additional cost.
Support: Ongoing support and maintenance services are available under separate agreements.
